Who's ready?!?!

ROCKABILLY RUNDOWN is less than a week away. Thanks for being a part of our inaugural event. With your participation, we hope to continue to build this event each year. Here are your load-in instructions whether you are a vendor or car show participant. See below for a map showing which streets to take and where to enter Parking Lot B.

ALL VENDORS (food truck and retail) will turn down Pete Lehr Drive and enter the first gate entrance on your left as you head towards the stadium on Diamond Circle. All vendor vehicles (once unloaded) can park up against the outside perimeter fencing towards the levee (see map below).

ALL CAR SHOW PARTICIPANTS will turn at the traffic light onto Malaga and then right on Diamond Circle. You will then take your first right into the other gate entrance of Parking Lot B. Any trailers used to transport your show vehicles will need to be parked in general parking across the street in Lot C (see map below).

There will be Storm staff at each gate to guide you once you arrive. Please do not enter the parking lot without first checking in with our staff. If you arrive too early, the gates will not be open. Vendors will have designated spaces. All cars will have open parking in the middle of the parking lot but only in designated spaces. If you want to park near a buddy, your best bet is to arrive together and park at the same time. DO NOT PARK in any parking space with an X drawn on the ground. These X spots are to give ample space between vehicles.

Load-in / Roll-in for everyone begins at 10:30am. Event begins (gates open) at 12pm and will run to about 6pm. We ask that all vendors and cars stay thru the event as driving thru a parking lot while attendees are walking around can be hazardous. And we don't want that. If you HAVE to leave due to an emergency, find either a Storm employee or security guard to then help guide you out of the parking lot safely.

EVENT RULES CHEAT SHEET:

• Load-in / Roll-in starts at 10:30am. Must be ready to go by 12pm

• Event gates open at 12pm

• ADA Parking will be in Lot A

• Car show participants... everyone arriving in your vehicle will need their own ticket. If you need additional discounted tickets, call our ticket office BEFORE event day. You will not be allowed to enter the parking lot until everyone has their own paid ticket.

• Everyone must stay thru the entire event (safety)

• No leaving early unless an emergency (seek staff or security for assistance)

• No moving cars or changing spaces once the event has started

• No weapons of any kind are allowed

• No gang colors or affiliated logos allowed

• No outside food or beverage allowed

• Cold beer will be on sale in the parking lot but also in our newly renovated Diamond Taproom Restaurant (in case you want to get out of the sun)
